Cultural revitalization is of great significance to the Rural Revitalization Strategy in the new era. Promoting the digital construction of rural cultural resources will inject more cultural momentum into cultural revitalization. For the past few years，rural cultural development of Henan province has developed from primary stage of “deliver culture” to the stage of “foster culture” and “cultivate culture”. There are still numerous obstacles in the prosperity and development of rural cultural due to the old-fashioned presentation and expression form of rural culture and the lack of rural cultural talents. The advent of the digital era will promote rural cultural revitalization greatly which means playing an unquantifiable positive role in the innovative presentation and expression and interaction and govern of rural culture. It should be given greater priority to digitization in the aspects of policy-making，industry shaping and individual cultivation.
