Blessed with the profound cultural deposits and rich natural resources and under the great attention and strong support of the People’s Government of Henan province，homestay of Henan tourism has boosted in recent years. There have been a series of activities to attract investment and talents and popularize which have made brand homestay popular and rooted in the countryside from small to big，from unknown to well-known. Nevertheless，homestay of Henan tourism is still faced with some problems，such as start late with weak foundation，insufficient capability of resources transformation，incomplete infrastructure，relative employees with uneven quality and incomplete laws and regulations. In the further development，it’s suggested that paying more attention to top-level plan，enhancing the government’s support，promoting integrated development based on the characteristics of resources，improving infrastructure，attaching importance to ecological protection and talents cultivation and improving service level.
