In recent years，relying on a wealth of cultural relics and archaeological research and findings，Henan province has explored more cultural origins and taken multiple measures to boost tourism through culture spread and tourism. The endeavor has promoted the integrated development of culture and tourism and help Henan province to realize the transformation from a province with profound archaeological resources to a strong cultural tourism province. Henan’s cultural brand “Chinese Civilization·Hometown Henan” has gained impressive achievements. China has implemented major strategies，i.e. ecological conservation and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin. Against the background，Henan province should effectively enhance the conservation and utilization of cultural relics and archaeological resources，and give full play to cultural relics and archaeological resources to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of Central Plains culture. By doing so，it will highlight the charm of the regional culture，promote the integrated development of culture，tourism and creative industries and the development of Henan province as the strong cultural and tourism province.
