In 2021，Henan provincial network communications industry saw improvements in construction of Internet infrastructure，such as “broadband Zhongyuan”，and central information base construction. 4G internet services was much popularized and 5G internet was improved at a fast pace. The management of information security was improved，and service capability of information communication was enhanced. Zhengzhou’s status as the information distribution center and communication network hub has been rising. However，there still exists some problems which impacts the development of Henan cyberculture，such as prominent problem of information security，conspicuous weakness in e-commerce development，and the shortage of high-end professionals of network. Henan needs to improve the innovation of Henan cultural industry and promote the new development of Henan culture by building a safe network environment，increasing policy support and formulating a talent revitalization plan.
