刚刚过去的“十一五”时期，对中国物业管理行业来说，是行业地位提升最快、发展最快和取得成果最大的五年。五年来，不仅有诸多的亮点令人难忘，而且有众多的发展与创新将载入中国物业管理的发展史册。不容乐观的是，在中国物业管理快速发展进程中，仍存在诸多的热点和难点问题，但中国物业管理长期向好的格局不仅没有改变，而且日趋明朗。本文对“十一五”时期和2010年中国物业管理的发展作了阐述，对2010年行业热点进行了剖析，并对“十二五”时期和2011年物业管理的走势作了预测。
<<The past 11th Five-year Plan，to Chinese property management industry，was the five years that the status of industry promoted most，developed fastest，and obtained the achievement most.During this five years，not only many highlights impressed us，but also a lot of developments and innovation would be put into the history of the development of Chinese property management.What not too optimistic is that，there are still many hot spot and difficult issues exsit in the process of rapid development of Chinese property management.But the upward situation of Chinese property management not only did not go down，but also becomes brighter and brighter.This article elaborates the development of Chinese property management in both the 11th Five-year Plan and 2010，analyses the hot spots of industry in 2010，and makes prediction of the tendency of property management of the 12th Five-year Plan and 2011.
