Advanced manufacturing cluster is the important symbol of high-quality development of manufacturing industry. Building an advanced manufa-cturing clusters have great significance to the construction of strong manufacturing province. At present，Henan’s advanced manufacturing clusters faced some problems，such as the number of advanced manufacturing clusters is small，mainly concentrated in traditional industries and resource-based industries，the lower modernization level，the poorer development ecology and so on. This paper proposed some suggesting，to establish an organization promotion mechanism and establish a provincial office for the cultivation of advanced manufacturing clusters；strengthen innovation drive and accelerate transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters；adhere to the project as the king，strengthen industrial chain investment attraction and undertaking industrial clusters，strengthen enterprise collaboration and improve the development level of industrial agglomeration；efficiently promote “ten thousand people help ten thousand enter-prises”，opti-mize development ecology of clusters.
