Entering the new development stage，the logic of industrial development has undergone fundamental changes，and the consensus of all sectors of society on the “racetrack” of economic and social development is gradually taking shape. As a traditional industrial province，we have a solid foundation and strong strength，and the track naturally exists and is ready to go. However，how to substantially crack the “sunset war” of traditional industries and how to quickly “cultivate innovation in excellence” in reality remain to be solved，which has become the most important proposition for the industrial leap at this stage. Based on the analysis of the development status and existing problems of traditional industries in Henan，combined with their own thinking and enlightenment，this report puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to speed up the development of new tracks in traditional industries.
