With the in-depth promotion of the overall layout of ecological civilization construction，the construction demand of forestry industry in China is expanding，and also have promoted the vigorous development of forestry PPP. Encouraged by the support of national policy，the PPP model will become an important grasp of forestry project development under the goal of carbon neutrality in the process of rural revitalization construction. Compared with other industries，PPP in the forestry industry generally presents the characteristics of a small number and a low landing rate，but the growth trend is obvious，it effectively contributes to poverty alleviation and rural revitalization construction. Based on the data of China Public Private Partnerships Center，this paper analyzes the problems in forestry PPP projects such as low implementation rate，large difficulty of forest land transfer，single field segmentation，and insufficient integration of forestry ecology and industry in forestry PPP projects，proposed countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transfer of forest land ownership，realize the diversified development of forestry PPP project types，and promote the integrated development of forestry PPP projects ecological construction and industrial revitalization. Expecting to provide reference for the future diversification of forestry PPP，the improvement of forestry policies and regulations，and the practice of PPP in the forestry industry.
