Based on the statistical analysis on 79 agricultural PPP projects in the CPPPC Database of National PPP Projects，it is found that PPP projects agriculture-related in China have the characteristics of single project type，small project investment scale，unbalanced regional distribution and low proportion of user-paid projects. In order to achieve sustainable development of PPP model in agriculture，great efforts should be made in issuing policies to support agricultural PPP projects，strengthening expert demonstration，optimizing the combination of investment and financing tools，further liberalizing market access，fully activating market investment vitality and developing intelligent agriculture，etc.
