The development of China’s sports industry has achieved world-renowned achievements. The construction of the sports legal system is becoming more and more complete，the concept of health is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people，the results of various events are remarkable，and the high-quality development of sports infrastructure construction has achieved remarkable results. However，there still exists a problem that the regional and project construction is not fully balanced，and it is difficult to meet the people’s growing demand for diversified sports public services. The demand for sports project construction investment remains strong. In recent years，China has used the PPP model to promote the construction and operation of a large number of stadiums，sports centers and comprehensive sports parks. The use of PPP mode to construct sports facilities in my country is still in exploring，and the lack of relevant experience has caused various problems in the operation of some projects. Studying the key influencing factors of the successful operation of sports PPP projects from the perspective of system theory can find existing problems and seek countermeasures to make up for shortcomings in order to promote the standardized and healthy development of sports PPP projects in China and develop it in a positive and sustainable cycle.
