Public-Private Partnership （PPP） model has been widely used in China’s some industry，and has achieved phased results in solving the structural problems faced by those industry. By studying on the development of PPP industry investment and financing，it showed that PPP project investment is concentrated in the field of municipal engineering，the important investor is state-owned enterprise in the PPP industry investment and financing，and the return on investment in the industry is basically stable. Based on these findings，the paper put forward suggestions on the development of PPP models based on China’s national conditions.
