Health impact assessment is a key technology and important path in the field of healthy city construction. Qionghai City has officially carried out the exploration of the construction of health impact assessment system since 2018. It has successively taken municipal key projects under construction as pilot projects and carried out health impact assessment exercises for many times，which has accumulated rich theoretical and practical experience for the construction of health impact assessment system in Qionghai City. Relying on the construction of healthy city，Qionghai City has carried out the construction of health impact assessment system；Adhere to the basic principles of Party committee leadership，departmental coordination and public participation；Relying on the third-party assessment organization，explore the management and implementation path of health impact assessment，gradually pilot，and create a standardized operation process of health impact assessment；Form a virtuous closed-loop cooperation among the interests of the masses，government departments and evaluation experts. The research shows that to do a good job in the construction of health impact assessment system，we need to strengthen the organizational guarantee and working mechanism of health impact assessment，strengthen the construction of health impact assessment professionals，and improve the local health impact assessment management and technical process.
