青少年中缺乏体育锻炼现象比较普遍,这引起了我国政府的高度关注。本文在回顾了我国青少年体育锻炼持有情况和影响因素的基础上,以北京市某高校大一学生为例,利用社会支持理论,探索了家庭、同伴和学校支持因素与大学生体育锻炼的关系。发现该校大学生体育锻炼受同伴的示范作用和情感支持影响较明显,与青少年的健康饮食行为具有相关性。因此,提升青少年锻炼水平,需要加强家庭、同伴和学校的支持活动,特别是同伴的支持可以发挥较大作用。
<<Lacking of physical exercise is relatively common phenomenon among adolescents,and it has also attracted great attention from the Chinese government. Based on the literature review of the status and associated factors of physical exercise among adolescents,our study recruited freshmen in a university in Beijing as an example and adopted social support theory in order to explore the influence of the support from family,peers and school on physical exercise behaviors of college students. It was found that the behaviors of physical exercise among students in this school were positively associated with the modeling effect and emotional support from their peers,and was also related to their healthy eating behaviors. Therefore,in order to improve the exercise level of adolescents,it is necessary to strengthen the support activities from families,peers and schools,especially peer support.
