Chengdu is the first region in China that officially issued relevant support policies for social enterprises. The growth and development of social enterprises and related policies have attracted national attention. Based on the description of the number of Chengdu social enterprises，their characteristics，and their contributions to social and economy in Chengdu，this report discusses the development ecosystem of social enterprises in Chengdu. It also analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by social enterprises in Chengdu. It is hoped that it can provide some implications for the development of social enterprises in other regions，and provide some academic evidence and thoughts for future academic research.
