This paper selects six typical environmental social enterprises from the 2015-2020 Social Enterprise Certification Catalogue，and from the perspective of social innovation，makes an empirical description and analysis of their different innovation points，such as technical service，business model，product greening，system rules or information technology application. It also summarizes the basic characteristics and contents of the development mechanism of environmental social enterprises in China from the perspectives of institutional framework，formation path and information technology support，and further puts forward the development mechanism of promoting the development of environmental social enterprises in China at the present stage.
