本文基于上海交通大学社会企业行业调研数据对中国社会企业人才发展情况进行了全面梳理和分析,社会企业人才队伍呈现以下特点:创始人背景呈现多样化且以联合创始为主;员工规模较小,但志愿者规模较大;人才质量较高,但结构性矛盾突出;招募渠道多元,但规范的人力资源体系有待形成;支持型就业功能发挥良好,但社会企业人才队伍仍然存在政策保障滞后、智力支撑不足、创始人团队的能力挑战、人力资源管理机制不畅等困境。从长远来看,应统筹政府、社会企业自身、社会支持多重合力,共同推动社会企业人才队伍高质量发展。
<<Based on theresearch data,this report comprehensively combs and analyzes the talent development of social enterprises in China. The research data indicates that the talent team of social enterprises in China presents the following characteristics:the founders of social enterprise have diverse backgrounds and are mainly co-founders;the size of the staff is small but of the volunteers is large;the quality of talents is high but the structural contradictions are prominent;the recruitment channels are diverse but the human resource system has yet to be formed;the supportive employment function works well. From a long-term perspective,the government,social enterprises themselves,and social support should be coordinated to jointly promote the high-quality development of the talent team of social enterprises in China.
