Based on the multi case analysis method，this paper analyzes the organizational development，operation and business model of Chinese social enterprises. In terms of organizational development model，the organizational development model of Chinese social enterprises is most affected by the logic of legal person restriction，resource acquisition and opportunity development. In terms of operation mode，the operation mode of social enterprises includes social problem oriented，concept promotion oriented，professional technology oriented and mixed development oriented. In terms of business model，the business model of social enterprises is divided into market education model，value extension model，resource supply and demand integration model，scale effect model and so on. In the future，we can promote the further development of China’s social enterprises by improving the awareness of social enterprises，strengthening the operation specialization level of social enterprises and standardizing the business model of social enterprises.
