According to the analysis of the current industrial development situation of Henan province，the essay summarizes the main features of the industrial space layout of Henan province. That is depending on the traffic and location advantage to form the two big industrial belts of Longhai and Jingguang，which lead to a greater emphasis on the spatial pattern of the western and southern regions，and thus underestimate the eastern and northern regions. Central Plains Urban Agglomeration is the core carrier of industrial development in Henan Province. Especially，the four urban districts of Huanghuai have a strong upward momentum. Industry cluster has become the core carrier of industrial development of municipalities，but the level of development is quite different.
