In “Vision and Action of One Belt and One Road（OBAOR）”，new Eurasian land bridge is listed as a channel in construction of silk route economic belt. The highly overlap between transportation routes of new Eurasian land bridge on land and channel of silk route economic belt determines its dominant position in the silk route economic belt’s construction and irreplaceable synthetical effects. The 13th Five Years Plan in Jiangsu province should rely on new Eurasian land bridge to undertake and overlap Jiangsu’s multiple national strategies with the methods to grasp intersection core zone of Lianyungang’s “OBAOR”，use land bridge channel as carrier，and treat “OBAOR” as an important opportunity，which can realize prior development，linked development，well-organized development，and strengthen new advantages of opening to the outside world. <<
