It is a important national strategy and key measure concerning the long term development and economy and society driven by innovation in Shanghai that Shanghai constructs Science and Technology Innovation Center. This chapter concludes the basic status of innovation in science and technology in Shanghai. Then it analyzes the connotation of the construction of Science and Technology Innovation Center in Shanghai and thinks its strategies.Finally，it puts forward some suggestions，such as constructing market-oriented innovative system mechanism，and building good ecological environment for innovation，and entrepreneurship and optimizing the layout of great innovation in science and technology and so on. <<
