As important support of development of the West Regions，Chongqing and Chengdu-Chongqing urban group carries the important mission of docking “The Belt and Road” development strategy and has important strategic significance. This chapter analyzes the industrial competitiveness of Chongqing，along with the industrial advantages and the existing main measures and action plan docking “The Belt and Road”，puts forward policy recommendations to Chongqing for docking “along the way”.
