In 2015，affected by multiple factors，the import and export of Sichuan province decreased by a large margin which have not existed for several years. At the same time，the foreign trade between Sichuan and the countries along One Blet and One Road has witnessed a great breakthrough in adverse situation. In 2016，Sichuan faces many challenges，such as slowing-down increase of world economy，downward pressure of domestic economy，and the urgent task of transformation and upgrading of Sichuan’s foreign trade. Sichuan should more actively integrate into the One Blet and One Road construction，further advance international market development activities，concentrate on cultivating new competitive advantage，and consolidate new pillar of inland opening-up strategic highland.
