Starting with the analysis of the background of Xi’an CBD construction，the article combs the current situation of Xi’an CBD systematically，then points out the problems of the Xi’an CBD construction and the reasons. Under the circumstances of the Silk Road Economic Belt and Xi’an constructing continental new heights of reform and opening-up，the article analyzes the development opportunities and challenges that Xi’an CBD will be faced with，and puts forward the policy choices which will promote the collaborative development of CBD and continental new heights of reform and opening-up. <<
