Building a high level talents of science popularization is an effective and important way to promote civic scientific literacy. With the focus on the status quo of Chinese talents of science popularization，this report identifies the problems in the development of Chinese talents of scientific popularization and its importance and urgency. Survey research is carried out on the talents of science popularization in a number of developed countries such as U.S.A，U.K.，Japan，E.U. and so on. At last，it offers suggestions for the problems of Chinese talents of science popularization. <<
