During the thirteenth five year plan , Jilin Province, the urgent need to formulate and implement a new strategy of opening up to a substantial increase in the open to the Northeast Asian region, build new opening pattern in Jilin Province, into the national strategy of "along the way". In this paper, we first introduce the basic situation of the opening up of Jilin Province, pointed out that the opening up of Jilin Province are open degree is low, the degree of openness is not balanced and unbalanced trade structure and other issues. In this paper, the basic idea of Jilin province strategy of opening up, in the new period in Jilin province need to push the construction of Northeast Asian Silk Road Economic Belt, and build a free trade zone in Northeast Asia and export-oriented foreign trade strategy implementation, strengthen channel construction, free trade park construction process, as soon as possible to improve the degree of Jilin Province opening to the outside world, expand open border and so on. <<
