Taiwan is facing many difficulties in economic transformation and upgrading. The report of Taiwan industrial science and technology research plan proposed many development ideas. For space，the plan proposes taking industrial parks as platforms and making innovative thinking on development to promote innovative economic development and construct the innovative platform，including the combined Parks，three strategies for transformation，the strategy of inner urban parks and so on to promote the economic competitiveness for Taiwan.
