    2015年水产品市场形势分析及2016年展望

    摘要

    2015年,中国水产品生产总量稳定增长,水产品生产格局与作业方式变化不大;水产品消费呈现波动增加趋势,消费品种结构呈现多元化;进出口贸易总额同比下降,进口鱼粉同比下降,传统出口市场份额下降,东盟出口市场份额有所提升;大宗淡水鱼价格走低,海水养殖鱼类价格平稳,虾类价格回升,蟹类价格保持传统的中间高两头低的态势,贝类及海参、罗非鱼价格持续走低。预计2016年,中国水产品生产总量保持稳定略有增长,受“油价补贴”调整政策影响,海洋渔业生产结构将更加趋于合理化。

    Abstract

    In 2015,the total aquaculture production increased steadily. There were few changes in aquatic production patterns and practices. The total consumption of aquaculture food products fluctuated yet grew slowly,and their consumption structure became diversified. The total imports and exports,the imports of fish meal,and the market share of traditional exports have declined,while the market share of exports to Association of Southeast Asian Nations has increased. Prices of the bulk of freshwater fish decreased. Prices of marine fish products remained stable. Prices of shrimp rose slowly. The prices variation of crabs remained in a traditional pattern characterized by being “higher during the mid-year period,and lower at the beginning and end of year”. Prices of shell fish,sea cucumbers and tilapia continued to decline. In 2016,the total aquaculture production is projected to increase slightly. Under the influence of the “Diesel Fuel Subsidies” policy,the marine aquaculture production structure is expected to develop in a more adequate way.
