This paper analyzes the influence on Guangzhou Development District（GDD）by economy developing new normal. It puts forward that GDD should initiatively adapt the new normal，insisting on developing engines of both traditional advantage leading industries and emerging industries，both of demand and supply management approaches，both of inner and abroad markets，and economic development and social progress “double targets”，to create a new glory of regional economic development.
