As one of the top three exhibition cities in China，Guangzhou’s exhibition industry is still leading in average exhibition area，super-large exhibition and exhibition education. However，its advantage has been weakened，internationalization level remains to be improved，and organizer’s structure needs to be optimized. In the future，Guangzhou’s exhibition industry should accelerate its restructuring，with innovation leading in transformation and upgrading，making greater progresses in informatization，marketization，collectivization，internationalization，，green exhibition，etc.
