IN the pase year，Nansha FTZ has achieved good results in terms of administrative reform，open economy，important zones’ construction.However，it still suffers from institutional reform and innovation，industrial development，the introduction of talent，infrastructure construction，improvement of the institutional mechanisms and so on.This paper suggests to promote institutional innovation，establish internal and external linkage mechanism of the free trade zone，improve the talent introduction and reserves mechanism，improve self Free trade area of Nansha District planning and construction，sound government management mechanism，and timely expand FTA function in the centre city.
