The external environment of trust industry is under fierce competition and strict supervision，as same as the year 2014. As with the rate of expansion slowed and the internal divisions deepened，the challenge of prime business exacerbated. In the year 2015，more and more trust companies try best to carry out innovative business，strengthen risk management and consolidate growing fundamental. However，the transformation for trust industry is not easy. The problem is mainly due to the following aspects.
