In this paper，according to theory of China’s overseas investment risk classification in the academic circles，drawing lessons from related papers published by staff of Chinese enterprises in Iran，in combination with my fieldwork in Iran in August 2015，having a detailed risk classification of Chinese enterprises in Iran，and based on results of many- years researching of Iranian history，culture and foreign relations，putting forward concise systematic countermeasures and suggestions.
