<<In 2015,the human resource service industry in China faced many difficulties and challenges. However,opportunities were seized and rapid development was realized. The scale of the human resource service industry continued to expand,industries such as hiring,salary service and job hunting experienced strong development,and the industrial chain was gradually improved. Furthermore,smooth progress of the establishment of human resource service industrial parks contributed to industrial agglomeration,service improvement and optimization of human resource allocation. Meanwhile,market supervision and regulation mechanism was further enhanced with the introduction of more scientific approaches. Major events in the field of human resource service contributed to information exchange and publicity. On the basis of providing a comprehensive review of the development of the human resource service industry,this paper also provides prediction and analysis on the development of the human resource service industry from the perspective of new progresses in economy,policy,technology and human resources.
