在“一国两制”的方针政策下，澳门作为非主权实体的特别行政区，近年来在对外关系和交往上取得较大发展。2015～2016年是第四届澳门特区政府开局初期，澳门的对外关系与外贸仍在稳步有序地开展。本文正是在此背景下，运用编年史的方法，系统地对过去一个财政年度内澳门特区的对外关系与经贸发展情况进行归纳及总结，并就相关问题提出若干建议。
<<Under the principle “one country，two systems”，being one of the Special Administrative Regions of China and a non-sovereign entity，Macao’s external relations，economy and trade has achieved a great success. The developments remain stable at the initial stage of the 4th Macao SAR Government in 2015 and 2016. In this context，this article chronologically summarises and concludes the current developments of the Macao SAR’s external cooperation and exchange in the past fiscal year.
