Face with a new round of global strategic opportunities，Henan’s implementation around the five national strategies and its actively integration into the Sino-British construction of the Belt and Road are of great practical and historical significance for Henan to build the inland open center，form a new round of opening advantage and cultivate the new driven force. In accordance with the national overall strategy of promoting Sino-British cooperation，basing on the practical foundation and comparative advantage of the two countries，focusing on their common interests and concerns and insisting the ideas of having complementary advantages，equality and mutual trust，win-win cooperation，sincerity and mutual benefit，that we should build mechanism of communication and cooperation around areas of industry，science，education，finance，aviation economy，urban and rural development，infrastructure，social governance，and so forth，and we should gather the advantaged resources and innovate the strategic cooperation mode，thus making Henan province to be the leading area and core supporting plate in the Sino-British cooperation in the Belt and Road project. In order to promote cooperation between Henan province and the UK in accelerating the comprehensive cooperation in the new pattern of all-round，deep level and multi-area，it should focus on striving for the national strategic support，taking priority actions on the key areas’ cooperation，innovating financial support for the cooperation projects，forming cooperation mechanism of “one province and one country” and building platform of cooperation and communication.
