Yiyang City in all walks of life work together to strengthen the monitoring process of the moderately prosperous society，guide the overall planning of moderately prosperous society strategic planning，focus on the optimization of industrial policy，improve the moderately prosperous happiness index，implement livelihood projects，based on “full” initiatives launched enriching and implementation of precision poverty alleviation，with remarkable results. Under the new restructuring and development background，based on the analysis of the opportunities and challenges，this paper proposed countermeasures for a moderately prosperous society in Yiyang.
