In recent years，internationalization has become an increasingly prominent feature of the development of the lawyer’s profession in China：China has fully implemented the commitments it made when entering into TWO，further opened up the legal service market through “the arrangements of closer economic and trade relations with Hong Kong and Macao” and special polices of（Shanghai）Free Trade Zone；state authorities has begun to attach importance to the internationalization of lawyer’s profession，and set the relevant tasks and objectives and adopted corresponding measures for their realization；among the lawyers in the top 100 law firms in China，33.9% are capable of dealing with foreign-related business and 15% are capable of dealing with high-end foreign related business；in the domestic legal service market，local and foreign law firms have engaged in cooperation and competition with each other in areas of business and human resources；and，as Chinese enterprises engage in more and more foreign trade activities，Chinese law firms have adopted various measures to expand their business to foreign countries.
