Under the background of new normal economic and energy revolution，energy supply and demand situation in Henan province shows new characteristics，this paper firstly reviewed of energy supply and demand situation in Henan province，Energy supply，demand and investment in different periods showed different characteristics. This paper predicted the energy structure based on the grey prediction model of total energy supply and demand in Henan province in 2017，which concluded that：in 2017，Henan province energy countless gap will expand in further，its self-sufficiency rate will be slow down and energy utilization，energy structure optimization will become a trend step by step.
