Inland open highland in advancing the construction of our province is able to speed up the implementation of national strategy，deepen structural reform from the supply side of play of “four CARDS” at the same time，and is decisive to build a well-off society in an all-round way，to carry out the central plains of China in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation dreams in the process of major initiatives. Based on the analysis of the realistic significance of the construction of inland open highland in our province，and breakthrough on the basis of the basic conditions and restricting factors，I put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to build hinterland inland open highland.
