The discussion on the cell of commodity，capital and currency in economic society is employed as theoretical support and breakthrough，which is to verify the “The Belt and Road” strategy fit for three-in-one economic connotation in China，and then explore the strategy contributed to the mechanism of commodity output，capital output and currency output. The strategy is of important significance to resolve the downtown pressure on the domestic economy in “New Normal” time and the complex international situation.
