本报告分析2016年北京文化传播现状,从首都在地文化传播、国内文化辐射传播和文化“走出去”传播三重维度分析北京文化传播的现状与问题。基于“在地文化传播多元主体活力待激发”、“国内文化传播合力待整合”和“海外文化传播聚焦辐射待加强”等问题,本文提出要创新“投入—生产—销售—消费”文化发展机制,培育文化市场主体、激活文化企业原创力,优化文化贸易结构、形成文化传播合力的对策建议。
<<This report analyzes the current situation of the industry of cultural communication in Beijing in 2016. It analyzes the status quo and problems in the cultural communication in Beijing from three aspects:the cultural communication in Beijing city,cultural diffusion and communication across China,and culture’s “going abroad”. It proposes suggestions which including “innovate the Invest-Produce-Sell-Consume culture development mechanism”,“activate cultural enterprise vitality”,and “optimize the structure of cultural trade”.
