首都城市文化形象的树立与对外传播是北京建设国际交往中心的基础环节，也是北京建设国际化城市的必要内容。近年来，首都城市文化建设与对外传播取得不俗成绩，同时一些问题也凸显，亟须在今后工作中着力解决。
