First，this article make a depth interpretation on “the Belt and Road” initiative. That initiative will provide new opportunities for regional cooperation of Northeast Asia. Meanwhile，“the Belt and Road” initiative provide Chinese way of building a new order in Asia，which also provides a new model for the development of regional integration. Second，pointing out that the “the Belt and Road” initiative will provide an important opportunity for the alleviation and resolution of contradictions in the Northeast Asia region. And analyzes the challenges “the Belt and Road” building in Northeast Asia that exist. Third，Focus on the analysis of the basis for Northeast Asian countries to participate in “the Belt and Road” Initiative. That the Northeast Asia region in the channel construction，trade cooperation，tourism cooperation，cultural cooperation have made great progress. It laid the foundation of “the Belt and Road” initiative in the new period. And analyzes the problems of regional cooperation in Northeast Asia. Pointed out that the future cooperation in Northeast Asia，will mainly continue keeping in long-term economic and trade cooperation area. And in the multi-level sub-regional cooperation will continue to deepen. The form of cooperation change bilateral to multilateral cooperation，expanded by a single economic and trade cooperation for multi-sectoral cooperation. Last，the article reviews the attitudes and choices of “the Belt and Road” initiative among Northeast Asia countries.
