The development of Along the East Longhai Line Economic Belt has nationally strategic significance. The opportunities and challenges of its development coexist. It must put emphasis on constructing the transportation belt，industry belt，cities belt along the east Longhai line，boost the organic docking of coastal development strategy and “B&R” strategy，and promote the interactive development of the land and the sea；create the alliance of cities，ports，shipping，land transportation，and economic parks，and speed up the integration development of the core areas；strengthen the complementary advantages of core areas and contact areas，and furtherance the interactional development of the different areas.
