The communication between China and Arab countries and regions has existed for more than thousands of years，and has been advanced by leaps and bounds after entering the 21^st century. Both Forum on China-Arab Cooperation and “The Belt and Road” Initiative have brought new opportunities for Sino-Arab communication of politics，economics，trades，cultures，academics and education. Centering on the economic and trade exchanges of Sino-Arab，this paper mainly reviews the status quo；analyses characteristics，motivations，prospects；concludes problems in relevant areas from 2011 to 2016；and then proposes some solutions and measures.
