In this thesis，we choose entropy method and LM-BP neural network method to calculate the weight of each evaluation index according to the characteristics of the data from 2010 to 2015. we obtain the development level of the Silk Road Economic Belt according to the weight of index system. On that basis，we evaluate the development situation of the Silk Road Economic Belt” according to the comprehensive evaluation results. We also analyze the main factors that restrict the development situation of the Silk Road Economic Belt and put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
