本文回顾了2016～2017年全球气候变化和国际应对气候变化的一些最新进展和重大事件，简要分析了落实《巴黎协定》面临的挑战和机遇，强调《巴黎协定》来之不易，尽管国际气候治理之路充满坎坷，但仍要面向未来，砥砺前行。
<<In this paper，the new progress and some big events were reviewed. Based on a brief analysis on the challenges and opportunities for implementation of the Paris Agreement，it is emphasized that the Paris Agreement is one of the most important outcomes of international cooperation. Although the future road of international climate governance is rough and bumpy，we will go ahead.
