绿色“一带一路”建设是“一带一路”建设的重要组成部分。当前绿色“一带一路”建设已在为“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛提供成果支撑、搭建政策沟通平台、服务风险防范等方面取得了一系列积极成果。未来绿色“一带一路”建设的关键环节包括：加强沿线生态环保国别研究，促进绿色“一带一路”建设与2030年可持续发展目标对接，加强“一带一路”生态环保大数据服务平台建设，推动建设“一带一路”绿色发展国际联盟，促进绿色“一带一路”民心相通，发挥地方优势等。
<<Building Green Belt and Road is an important part of implementing the Belt and Road Initiative. Major moves aimed at promoting the Green Belt and Road have been listed in the final document of the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation. Other achievements of building Green Belt and Road at the current stage includes the establishment of the policy exchange platform as well as measures taken for environmental risk prevention. In order to further enhance the development of Green Belt and Road，more focus should be given to research，strategy coordination among countries along the Belt and Road in the context of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development，and the establishment of the Belt and Road Ecological and Environmental Big Data Service Platform and the International Coalition of Green Development on Belt and Road. Efforts should also be made on strengthening people-to-people Bond and engaging local governments in Cooperation on Green Belt and Road.
