With the goal to build a world class city cluster encompassing capital set forth in the Guideline for the Coordinated Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region，airports in Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei and their surrounding areas shall give full play to their development potentials and comprehensive advantages，accelerate their process of “centralization”，“industrialization” and “urbanization” so that full integration between “port，industry and city” is achieved in airports areas，which finally develops into the core area of the international aviation center，the leading area of industrial upgrading in the Beijing-Tianjian-Hebei region and the demonstration area for the building of the national aviation metropolis.
