Since the proposal of “the Belt and Road” initiative in 2013，Kazakhstan has upheld a more positive attitude toward it. Progresses have been madein economic and trade cooperation between China and Kazakhstan considerably in various fields，including policy coordination，facilities connectivity，trade open and financial integration. The two countries have gained mutual benefits and a win-win result under the success alignment of “the Belt and Road” and Kazakhstan’s “the Bright Road” new economic policy. Nevertheless，there are also exist certain potential problems during the process of cooperation. To solve those problems timely and effectively matters a lot for further economic and trade cooperation between China and Kazakhstan.
